More Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
